This blog is the next step in using the latest in technology to help you as an individual see the benefits of hydraulic exercise equipment. If it is a Women’s only club, Men’s only club, a Co-Ed Club, or a Senior’s Workout Center, the Fit Express hydraulic exercise training circuit is a great way to get an effective 30 minute workout. We hope this blog is a way for you to become educated on fitness and hydraulics.

It has always been a passion of mine to introduce people to exercise. For the past forty one years I have done just that, both informally and on a professional level. In 1990 I discovered a different and very misunderstood way to exercise. It absolutely astounded me that this ‘adaptable’ way to exercise was not in the mainstream. I was doing research on resistance mechanisms for exercise equipment and discovered a small company making a line of hydraulic exercise equipment. The system had such incredible potential that for the next 7 years I became an independent sales rep for them.

In 1995 I opened a small club to see if this method of exercise would stand on its own. What we learned from the members , provided a lot of insight on how the equipment should be designed and the facility run. With this new information I approached the medical company who now owned the hydraulic exercise company . After repeated attempts to get them to make the improvements customers wanted, I went out and found a small weight manufacturer who built my designs. Unfortunately, his ‘weight’ business was a bigger priority thus effecting schedules and quality control standards. Eventually we were forced to do it ourselves.

Since that act of faith in 1998 Fit Express has been blessed repeatedly with people of high integrity who have caught onto the vision and helped us grow our company into an international fitness equipment manufacturer and supplier. From sales staff to manufacturing , office management and training this ‘team’ of people continues to go the extra mile and help build the company based on customer needs. We are constantly researching ways to help our customers (partners) through new hydraulic exercise equipment , products and services we can get at volume discounts and pass on to them. We are convinced that our success can only happen as a result of our partners success. In short, we are building a team family of individuals. People who have the autonomy to make their own decisions and still get the support they want ’alacarte’. The best of both worlds.

Each day more and more people are discovering the value of exercise and they need a way to do it that takes into account their real needs. It is my hope that you are one of the people who want to see lives changed in a positive and meaningful way. You can do that with the Fit Express system. We are set up with funding sources so it doesn’t require a lot of capital; just a willingness and desire to work hard and follow the system just like hundreds of others have. If you do the right things for the right reasons, the rewards will come in many ways.
